1. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. What shipping options do you offer?

We primarily use USPS and FedEx . Rates and delivery times may vary based on your location and choice of service. If needed in specific circumstances we will use an another shipping carrier besides the two mentioned .

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes we accept international orders . The following locations that will be accepted  are Barbados, Germany, France, Finland, the UK, and Canada. Any fees or tax will be in the responsibility of the customer at checkout and automatically calculated. If you do not see your country listed please email so that we can make sure we are  able to ship to your country without any issues or heavy restrictions. When emailing please be sure to specify what country you’re from & where you want your order sent to . This is a USA  based business .

4. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Use this number to monitor your package via the carrier’s website.

5 . What should I do if my package is delayed?

If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information provided. Delivery delays can occur due to weather, customs processing (for international orders), or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact the carrier for more details.

6 . Who is responsible for lost or stolen packages?

Once your package has been shipped and is in the hands of the carrier, the responsibility for the package shifts to the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we encourage customers to reach out to the carrier to resolve any issues.


No Returns & Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any purchases made on our website. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our customer support within 3 days of delivery for assistance.
